Counter Team Lead (m/f/d) Bakery & Cheese Counter - Herford

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the bakery & cheese counter with strong sales focus and full commercial responsibility
• Coach, schedule and develop counter staff in a cooperative and empathetic way
• Organise, plan and oversee all counter operations
• Create an appealing, high-quality counter presentation for discerning customers
• Advise and serve customers, prepare snacks for our bistro
• Contribute to a high feel-good factor for our quality-conscious clientele

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training and first leadership experience, preferably in food retail
• Proven experience at a fresh-food counter
• Passion for organic products, especially cheese
• Dynamic, responsible and enthusiastic personality
