Trainee Store Management (m/f/d) - Greater Hamburg Area

Your Tasks

During the 12-month trainee program we will prepare you comprehensively for managing a denn’s organic supermarket – your first leadership role.

As store manager (m/f/d) you are a responsible team player, fully involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, bring in your own ideas and move your denn’s organic market forward.

12-Month Trainee Program

• 4 months as deputy manager
• 4 months as acting manager
• 4 months training as store manager (m/f/d)

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
• Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail and first leadership experience
• Commitment, readiness to take responsibility and strong team spirit
• Openness to new ideas and interest in organic and natural products
• Goal-oriented personality with the willingness to lead
