Training Partner – Taranto

The Taranto site hosts our most proven technologies and will soon introduce our most complex new products. Our team ensures customers receive safe, high-quality products on schedule. Vestas has been present in Taranto for over 25 years; the training department underpins operations by guaranteeing optimal qualification levels for new and experienced employees in line with procedural and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• maintain the site training framework in line with global Vestas standards, LMS and certification systems
• translate project requirements, audit findings and compliance needs into training matrices, certification plans and qualification pathways
• manage the Learning Management System: traceability, reporting, certificates, expiries, audit readiness
• define and monitor training KPIs (people competences, coverage, certification rate, training effectiveness, audit findings, retraining) to enable data-driven decisions
• design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, reskilling and train-the-trainer programmes
• cooperate closely with Production, Quality, HSE and HR to support new products, process changes and internal & customer audits
• support change-management initiatives, behavioural development and Vestas culture roll-out

Qualifications

• degree in humanities, psychology, educational sciences, business engineering or related field
• several years of experience in training / learning & development within structured industrial or manufacturing environments
• proven expertise in managing LMS, training matrices, certification systems and audits
• fluent Italian and English
