Your Day in a Nutshell

Join the Treasury & Corporate Finance Asia Pacific and China (TCF AP&CN) team and help drive Siemens Energy’s Asian operations by delivering tailored treasury solutions within the global TCF governance framework.

Your Responsibilities

Banking Infrastructure

• Manage KYC and bank onboarding
• Set up bank accounts, signatories and technical services
• Provide advisory and troubleshooting for banking and payments
• Monitor regulatory and product developments in corporate treasury

Cash & Credit Management

• Oversee cash balances and execute cash positioning
• Negotiate and deploy credit facilities to support growth
• Monitor liquidity developments
• Lead regional cash pool

Back Office

• Prepare FX quotations and coordinate FX requests with business
• Compile FX exposure reports
• Confirm and settle FX and money-market trades
• Reconcile trades and post interest accruals and mark-to-market
• Reconcile outbound guarantees and LCs and handle commission payments

Regulatory Reporting

• SAFE and Bank Negara Malaysia reporting

Cross-functional Tasks

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Siemens Energy standards
• Monitor external and internal limits on treasury instruments
• Support preparation and delivery of training and communications
• Maintain accurate records and full visibility of activities
• Perform internal controls and support audits

Projects & Initiatives

• Drive process optimization and digitalization
• Implement TCF solutions for new entities, integrations or divestments

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of corporate treasury experience in a multinational environment
• Excellent communication skills in business English and Chinese
• Strong team player with high sense of ownership
• Strong learning agility and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and treasury management systems
