As Account Manager Partner Development in the Regional Sales Germany team, you will manage and expand our partner network in the electrical trade. You will implement measures to increase sales in photovoltaics and energy management and, as an interface to industry associations, shape joint initiatives and training programs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Further develop the partner network and identify growth potential
  • Open up new customer groups, plan and execute sales activities
  • Conduct training for trade businesses online and on-site and develop practical learning formats
  • Maintain contacts with industry associations, initiate joint programs and build multipliers
  • Contribute ideas for product development and represent SMA at trade fairs and events

Your profile:

  • Completed electrical training with further education or degree in electrical engineering/business administration with additional technical qualification, ideally with PV experience
  • Proven sales success, technical consulting skills and persuasiveness
  • Experience in planning or selling photovoltaic or comparable technical solutions
  • Fluent communication in German and English plus high willingness to travel
