Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Kassel (2026)

During the three-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will gain comprehensive insight into every area of our store – from stock management to expert customer advice on organic produce. You will look after shelves, the cheese and bakery counters, the bistro, checkout and back office, support goods-in and storage processes, and help implement promotions and seasonal displays.

Your tasks:

• Presenting and checking organic food products
• Advising and selling at the cheese, bakery and fresh-food counters
• Operating the checkout and balancing the till
• Ordering, receiving and storing goods
• Executing promotional and campaign activities

What you bring:

• Good school grades, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
• Interest in organic and sustainable products
