Job Description

Northvolt is looking for an excellent individual to work alongside the Management team at Revolt. You will work with Emma Nehrenheim(President of Revolt), as a high-potential Executive Assistant with the opportunity to grow into other roles within the organization. In the role, you will have close interaction with Emma and her management team. You will be responsible for her daily administration (calendar, travel, and meeting support), as well as being the hub for internal and external communications.

We’re looking for candidates with at least 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or, within project management. You have ideally worked at large-scale and/or complex organizations, in an industrial environment. This position offers the opportunity to support different projects throughout the organization while gaining a unique insight into how an agile and fast-paced company in an evolving industry operates.

About the Executive Assistant role:

The Executive Assistant at Revolt is much more than a traditional secretary. Revolt(part of Northvolt business) is in a continual growth period, which means that the ability to drive a large variety of ad hoc projects across the organization in a proactive way is vital for this role. You excel at spotting what needs fixing and making sure that happens. As an Executive Assistant, you will need to work and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple sites and stakeholders to ensure the smooth synchronization of work streams.

We believe that you are solution-oriented and service-minded. You should like structure, in particular implementing new structures, and pay great attention to detail without losing the overall picture. A positive attitude, the ability to quickly build and maintain large internal networks, and a true love for working in a fast-moving environment, are key success factors.

What you will do:

  • Support your Executive with calendar administration, travel bookings and meeting support
  • Work closely with your Executive’s Management Teams to set agendas, prepare presentations, document meeting minutes and follow-up actions & activities
  • Contribute to a good team spirit, including organization meetings, customer visits, special events and off-sites, as well as onboarding new colleagues
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to create efficient collaborations
  • Organize internal communication, such as newsletters, and intranet, keeping documents up-to-date & relevant
  • Developing ways of working and standard operating procedures, for example, securing that the BU follows Northvolt policies and guidelines
  • Both develop and maintain business unit governance steering, including business unit risk management, change board, etc.
  • Get the opportunity to grow into a new role in the organization after 3 years

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have:

  • 2-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or project management, in an industrial environment
  • An MSc, BSc, or relevant University degree
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative, as well as being agile and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be in constant interaction with team members and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and create structure
