Head of Energy Services (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop the Energy Services team.
• Build and expand CKW’s internal sales portfolio management with a focus on basic supply.
• Control and ensure quality, transparency and efficiency of energy-related services (in-house and sourced from parent company Axpo).
• Develop data- and model-based forecasts, analyses and decision-making tools together with data scientists.
• Work hands-on on energy-related issues and provide technical support to employees in portfolio management, energy data management, reporting & data models.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for management and committees.

Your profile

• University degree (ETH/University) in mathematics, physics, engineering or economics.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the energy industry, ideally in trading/portfolio management or energy controlling.
• Analytical, systemic mindset with the ability to grasp and communicate complex issues.
• Experience in leading highly qualified employees and in professional project management.
• Fluent German and English; French is an advantage.
• Additional qualifications (e.g. MBA, data-science skills) are a plus.
