Local Cyber Security Expert

Your Day-to-Day

As an Industrial Cybersecurity Expert you will strengthen and secure the cyber-resilience of our manufacturing sites in Lincoln and Worcester. You define requirements together with engineering, production, management and OT, implement ISO27001- and IEC62443-compliant controls, manage vulnerabilities and incidents as well as disaster-recovery and business-continuity measures (ISO22301). From selecting cyber-secure suppliers to designing the security architecture of new production systems, you actively shape security.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the cybersecurity interface between engineering, production, management and OT for factory operations
• Define and implement cybersecurity requirements in accordance with ISO27001 and IEC62443
• Support vulnerability and incident management, disaster-recovery and BCM activities
• Contribute security expertise during architecture and design of production equipment and systems
• Qualify and select cyber-secure suppliers for the site

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of manufacturing infrastructure, IT/OT security technologies and concepts
• Proven experience in incident and vulnerability handling, system hardening and networking
• Familiarity with ISO27001, IEC62443 and other IT/OT security standards
• Excellent stakeholder-oriented communication skills
• Knowledge of risk-based approaches including threat and risk assessments
