Your responsibilities

• Lead replacement projects: remove old boilers, install modern air-to-water heat pumps
• Operate a fully equipped service van in your region
• Work in pairs: qualified installer or trainee at your side
• Close cooperation with planning, logistics and customer service
• Help refine efficient, digitalised installation processes

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic SHK (heating focus) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in heating installation, preferably with heat pumps
• Strong customer focus and commitment to quality
• Team player who enjoys digital working methods
