For our tenant-electricity projects throughout Northern Germany we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) who will take full strategic and operational responsibility for our PV systems.

Your responsibilities:

Evaluate new projects together with sales and customers – from initial feasibility to final go-ahead
End-to-end project management from on-site survey to commissioning: grid connection, material procurement, construction scheduling
Coordinate external partners and subcontractors, liaise with customers and keep all stakeholders on schedule
Track progress continuously, solve issues pragmatically on site and ensure smooth project delivery
Take ownership of DC- and AC-side quality; conduct regular site visits and final acceptance tests
Keep project data up-to-date in CRM and filing systems and schedule maintenance activities

Your profile:

Solid technical understanding of rooftop PV systems on multi-family and commercial buildings: feasibility, quality, risk
Highly organized and able to prioritise; manage several parallel projects with multiple dependencies
Clear, target-group-oriented communication in German with decision-makers, partners and contractors
Assertive yet pragmatic team player who keeps projects moving even when unexpected challenges arise
Able to read and assess electrical, wiring and building drawings regarding metering concepts and buildability
Structured and forward-looking; identify risks early and act proactively
Hold a German driving licence (class B) and be willing to travel regularly to sites in Northern Germany
