Enpal makes heat pumps simple. After 1,000+ installations in 2023 we aim to grow five- to ten-fold in 2024 and are building Europe's largest direct-to-consumer heat-pump sales force. Germany's first green unicorn offers purchase and financing packages at an all-inclusive rate and smartly links the heat pump to our energy ecosystem of PV, battery storage and e-mobility.

Job Description

• You advise exclusively pre-qualified customers in digital sales calls (video) – no field work.
• With technical understanding and persuasive skills you turn enquiries into orders.
• You use our modern CRM and work fully digital.
• Together with the team you establish heat pumps as a core part of our product range.

Qualifications

• First sales experience or strong affinity for active selling.
• Technical interest in heat pumps and energy topics.
• Strong communicator, self-motivated and solution-oriented.
• Organised team player keen to develop personally and professionally.
