SCADA Operator (f/m/d) Offshore Control Room

Your area of responsibility
From our modern Operations & Control Center in Hamburg you take over 24/7 operation of an offshore wind farm. You perform switching operations up to 155 kV, monitor the sea area, coordinate personnel and vessel movements and are the first point of contact for customers in case of faults. You carry out initial assessments, initiate fault clearance measures and document all processes.

• Remote monitoring and control of power generation and transmission assets
• Electrical switching operations up to 155 kV in shift operation
• Issuing software-based work permits
• Documentation and analysis of faults as well as coordination of fault clearance missions
• Monitoring and approval of vessel, helicopter and personnel movements
• Coordination of emergency responses with authorities, contractors and customers

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, electronics technician for automation, mechatronics technician or ship operation technician (f/m/d)
• Several years of professional experience in service engineering, maintenance or commissioning of complex electrical systems
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day/night)
• Ideally sea area observer training, aircraft radio certificate BZF I/II and SRC marine radio certificate
• Maritime background and offshore experience advantageous
• Very good German and English language skills
