Senior Manager (m/f/d) Electricity Direct Marketing

• Own end-to-end process design for the direct-marketing business area – from market communication to billing
• Ensure on-time creation and submission of schedules and compliant execution of all market processes (MaKo) under GPKE/MPES
• Coordinate technical connection of plants (remote controllability) together with IT, Energy Operations and grid operators
• Develop marketing strategies for renewable plants to optimise revenue on spot and intraday markets
• Monitor regulatory frameworks (EEG, EnWG) and guarantee legally compliant fulfilment of all reporting obligations
• Manage external and internal service providers (balance-responsible party, IT vendors, metering operators) and negotiate contracts

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in direct marketing, portfolio management or comparable energy-industry operations
• Deep knowledge of energy markets, market roles and communication & settlement processes
• Expert command of the German Renewable Energy Act (EEG) and current Bundesnetzagentur regulations
• Strong understanding of electricity-exchange price formation and economic valuation of renewable profiles
• Hands-on mentality for building new structures, working independently and solution-oriented
• Ability to explain complex energy-industry topics precisely to internal stakeholders and external partners
