Senior Manager (m/f/d) MSB Market Communication

At Einhundert we accelerate the energy transition in multi-tenant buildings with tenant electricity, smart metering and digital energy data management. To ensure our smart-meter projects run smoothly from installation to operation, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager (m/f/d) MSB Market Communication. The role is 100% remote; occasional trips to our Cologne office are required.

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, actively share knowledge and build team competence
• Guarantee timely market communication during supplier changes and business-as-usual for all tenant-electricity models
• Support grid-area roll-outs and the implementation of virtual collective meters
• Coordinate and optimise market-communication data-lead management
• Solve exception cases independently
• Monitor and improve master & meter data delivery
• Own correct location bundles and calculation formulas in our proprietary MSB
• Fully deputise for the team lead (HR topics excluded)

Your profile

• Expert knowledge of WiM & MDM processes and market communication in steady operation
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Clear, audience-focused communication skills
• Strong prioritisation under time pressure
• Multitasking talent across parallel projects
• Structured approach in dynamic environments
