Key responsibilities

• Ensure the on-time, on-budget and quality-focused construction of wind farms in the East cluster (Romania, Ukraine, Croatia).
• Organise, coordinate and manage safety on project sites.
• Lead project staff, HSE specialists and subcontractors.
• Provide daily progress reporting and risk control.
• Hand over completed projects in accordance with contracts.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent + 2–3 years site management experience.
• 3–5 years leadership on large construction sites; wind industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of safety regulations, electrical components and interfaces.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English.
• Flexibility to travel (company accommodation on site), training in Denmark/Spain.
