Deputy Team Lead Hall Cleaning (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Ensure professional and proper cleaning of assigned hall areas and maintain cleaning machines
• Carry out passive and active pest control
• Perform cleaning work with a scissor lift indoors and outdoors
• Monitor compliance with HACCP regulations in your area
• Create and manage duty and holiday schedules for your team
• Conduct employee appraisals and briefings
• Be the first point of contact for daily challenges of your team members

Your profile

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or freight forwarding and first leadership experience
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts
• Valid certificate for operating low-level order pickers
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to carry out pest control
• Commitment, assertiveness, resilience and reliability
