Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) - Greater Munich Area

Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling
• Holiday planning and onboarding of new employees and trainees
• Conducting inventories and range maintenance
• Professional product presentation and ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food, enjoyment of sales and a feel for customer needs
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift or daily supervisor, plus initiative and sense of responsibility
