As a Technical Support Specialist at VanMoof in Amsterdam you are the first point of contact for customers with technical questions about their e-bikes. You efficiently resolve complex technical issues via email, chat and phone in both Dutch and German. You document solutions and work closely with our R&D and service teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Minimum MBO level and technical affinity are required; experience with bicycles or e-mobility is a plus.
