Deli Department Supervisor – Bakery & Cheese Counter (m/w/d) Hamburg-Massaquoipassage

Your responsibilities

• Lead the bakery & cheese counter with full P&L accountability and commercial acumen
• Coach and develop the deli team – cooperative, situation-appropriate, with empathy and common sense
• Plan, organise and take end-to-end ownership of all departmental processes
• Create an appealing, high-quality display for our demanding organic customers
• Advise customers and prepare fresh snacks for our in-store bistro
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel at home

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and first leadership experience, preferably in grocery retail
• Previous deli or fresh-food counter experience is an advantage
• Passion for organic products and, above all, for cheese
• Dynamic, responsible and enthusiastic personality
