Venue Sales Representative

What you'll do

Engage face-to-face with customers at events, retail spaces, and in local communities to promote Octopus Energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles. Compare our services with competitors so households can decide if switching to us will benefit them. Every conversation must deliver outstanding customer service.

What you'll need

• No previous sales experience required – we provide full training
• High energy, confidence, and a passion for excellent customer service
• Experience in a customer-focused environment where you solved problems quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively and inspire teammates
• Clear communication, active listening, and attention to detail
• Honesty, focus, and commitment to the highest service standards
• Valid UK driving licence to travel between venues
• Flexibility to work weekend and evening shifts

Salary & benefits
