Our heat pump was developed in Sweden and is manufactured at our plant in Poland. In our own craft businesses throughout Germany, more than 300 specialists are already working to enable our customers to switch to clean energy smoothly.

When will you start?

About the role

• You represent Aira in the field, visiting customers, collecting data and providing expert advice.
• You conduct on-site appointments and record all relevant information for energy and heating solutions.
• You explain to customers how our solutions work and how they can reduce their energy costs.
• You coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

What you should bring

• Strong communication skills and a convincing manner.
• Completed vocational training, ideally in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) or a comparable technical/commercial field with experience in technical sales.
• Experience selling heating, energy or complex products is an advantage.
• Confident use of digital tools for capturing and managing customer data.
• Customer-centric mindset, initiative, high motivation and team spirit.
