Your Mission

As Foreman (m/f/d) you will lead the on-site assembly team, ensuring timely, high-quality installation and maintenance of power-plant components.

• Lead and coordinate the assembly crew; main contact for site management
• Install and fit mechanical components and assemblies in power-plant construction
• Carry out independent maintenance, repair and overhaul work according to drawings and plans
• Perform quality and functional inspections
• Service and revision work on projects throughout Germany and neighbouring countries

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, fitter, metal worker or similar
• Experience in power-plant or industrial construction plus first leadership responsibilities
• Confident reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• Welding skills and certificates advantageous
• Very good German, English beneficial
• Driving licence class B and willingness to travel
