WtX Site Supervision Group Leader

Kanadevia Inova (KVI) is a global market leader in energy-from-waste (EfW) and renewable gas. We engineer, procure and construct turnkey thermal and biological waste-to-energy plants and support clients through the entire plant life-cycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the site-supervision team to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget execution of all on-site activities in compliance with contractual and QHSE requirements. Provide technical and managerial leadership, risk management and continuous improvement while maintaining close cooperation with internal teams, subcontractors and clients. Location: Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

• Degree or advanced technical diploma in Mechanical/Process Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of site supervision or field-service management in large industrial or construction projects
• Proven track record in contractor management, QHSE compliance and team leadership
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100 %) and work on multiple sites

You demonstrate strong QHSE awareness, solution-oriented thinking, excellent communication skills and high reliability.
