How to contribute to our vision

To our dedicated HSE team in Plant Aalborg we are now looking for our new HSE specialist.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSE Specialist with a focus on data management and reporting. You will be utilizing incoming data and reports in addition to feedback from our production teams to locate areas of improvement and be a part of implementing these improvements.

We are looking for candidates with a background in health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices, coupled with analytical skills and an eye for detail.

This role will involve various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Data input, analysis, and status reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on HSE-related data to provide insights and facilitate decision-making processes
  • Monitoring and follow-up on various action plans and coordinate activities across our Working Environment Organization (AMO)
  • Internal communication: Assist in the development and dissemination of HSE campaigns, newsletters, and presentations to promote awareness and engagement within the organization
  • Coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) organization: Maintain organizational charts, coordinate meetings and workshops, and provide support for specific initiatives. Share best practices within the OHS community
  • HSE Training: Oversee, plan, coordinate, and follow up on HSE training initiatives to ensure compliance and competency
  • Well-being: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and provide necessary follow-up
  • Coordinate the implementation of improvement projects (e.g., procedures, legislation, action plans).

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We are looking for candidates with prior experience working with HSE and an interest in working with data analytics.

You should be a team player with a flair for communication and creating meaningful relationships throughout a large organization. You must also be self-driven, structured, trustworthy, and reliable.

You will lead by example and be a role model for the implementation of new HSE rules with both internal and external colleagues.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a structured approach to tasks and projects
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey HSE-related information to various stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of HSE principles and practices
  • Speak both Danish and English on business level
