We are seeking a detailed-oriented and organized individual to join the Resource planning & contracting team (RPC) as a Resource Administrator for the BeNeLux & UK hub. You will support the full team (particularly the resource coordinators for UK & BeNeLux) and work directly with the 3rd party technician suppliers to ensure the readiness of our contractor technicians.

How to contribute to our vision

The Resource Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks including the onboarding processes for the approx. 200 contractor technicians and all administrative commercial topics related to our suppliers such as PO creation, timesheets, invoice approval. The role will involve coordinating with other departments such as offshore sites, resource teams, and 3rd party resource suppliers. Other responsibilities are...

  • Lead on the IT onboarding of external technicians (Office 365 accounts, FSM user accounts, Enablon, others if required)

  • Troubleshooting and resolution of IT system issues.

  • End to end supplier invoicing Approval Process: Raising purchase orders, creating and communicating bi-weekly timesheets, invoice approvals in SAP, Contractor Cost Centre controlling in collaboration with assigned Controllers

  • Creation of HOAs and POs for internal delegations (internal resource pools entering the projects within remit).

  • Preparation and presentation of monthly reporting for all contractor cost centers in NE&ME OF

  • Provide administrative support to the Resource Planning & Contractor team.

What you need to make a difference

We are looking for...

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience of Resource Management and internal process are desirable.

  • Experience using the SAP system is desirable

  • Good English skillset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Positive can-do attitude
