A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will be responsible for developing solutions for automated financial reporting and processes. You will be forming a team with Finance Process Experts to jointly develop financial reports, dashboards and automated processes for commercial Sales and Project Execution on Grid Solutions Lifecycle Services level.

You play a vital role in our mission to improve our transparency and efficiency while maintaining high quality in our financial processes and reporting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with commercial experts from various fields (Sales, Project Execution, Controlling) on BU level to develop solutions for automated financial reporting, dashboards and process automation
• Act as an ambassador for digitization and automation on department level, ignite change and teach others
• Implement lean processes and drive standardization
• Increase transparency to enable management to make good decisions
• Increase efficiency and reduce waste by eliminating manual reporting and redundant work
• Develop guardrails and governance standards for process documentation and process robustness

What You Bring

• A university degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Data Analytics.
• Proven professional experience in working in an international corporate environment.
• Proven experience in extracting, loading and transforming financial data to develop automated financial reports.
• Advanced knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and finance tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or Snowflake).
• Advanced knowledge in programming languages, such as Python, Java or VBA/VBS would be preferable.
• Sound communication skills in English and German, coupled with strong assertiveness and the ability to effectively advocate for ideas and new solutions.
