Responsibilities

A. General Administrative Duties

• Visitor and System Management
• Office Supplies and Inventory Check and Maintenance
• Mail and Correspondence
• Company Call Handling
• Locker/Individual Cabinet Key Management
• Supporting to issue employees' Business Card
• Employee Telecom Management
• Supporting admin tasks for APAC leadership team
• Ad-Hoc Assignments

B. Facility Management

• Access Control
• BMO(Building Management Office) Communication
• Office Assets Management
• Office Signage Management

C. Meeting and Event Coordination (Local KR and APAC)

D. With Support of REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management)

• Service Level and Standard Enhance
• Standard Process Establishment
• Yearly Preventive Works and Plan: Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance.
• Records and Database Management
• Energy and Cost Saving Initiatives
• Regular Performance Review

Qualifications

This role is exclusively for people who have/or are in the process of applying for a government-issued disability certificate.

• Communicative level of English
• Experience in administrative support roles.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and systems.
• Strong organizational and ability to prioritise.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
