Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (varies by federal state, min.)
Year 1: €1,290/month Year 2: €1,420/month
From year 3 regular employee salary plus Christmas and holiday pay from year 1 onward.

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2 years: Retail Merchant (requirement: A-levels or equivalent)
• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture” & hands-on experience on organic farm or production site
• Sales, product presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• 1 year: advanced training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificates: “Organic Food Retail” + AEVO trainer aptitude (year 3)
