Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Gross training salary/year (Hesse):

• 1st year: €1,190/month
• 2nd year: €1,290/month
• 3rd year: €1,420/month (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or processing business
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Retail tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff planning
