Training location: Meerbusch, Düsseldorfer Str. 81-85
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance (minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290/month
• Year 2: €1,420/month
• From year 3 regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2 years: Retail Merchant (min. A-levels / Fachhochschulreife)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Placement on organic farm or organic production site
  • In-depth product knowledge of organic & Alnatura range
  • Sales: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, stock-take, promotions, staff planning
• 1 year: advanced training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Extra certificates: “Organic Retail” & Trainer Aptitude AEVO (year 3)
