Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 h/week
Holiday: 36 days per year

Monthly training allowance (gross, Bavaria):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

Your experience with us

• Hands-on stays on organic farms and in production facilities
• In-depth product knowledge of organic and Alnatura ranges
• Sales duties: advising customers, merchandising, freshness checks, checkout
• Store management: ordering, inventory, campaigns and rosters
• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture” for personal development
