Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Monthly training allowance (gross, minimum):

• Year 1: € 1,190
• Year 2: € 1,290
• Year 3: € 1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Classic retail tasks: stocking, presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
