Graduate programme content

Step 1 – 2-year accelerated apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant

Step 2 – 18-month further training as Certified Retail Specialist (Handelsfachwirt*in) in co-operation with Alanus-Werkhaus, Alfter

Optional: IHK qualification Organic Food Retail

Optional: Train-the-trainer certificate (AEVO)

Outcome: Four IHK qualifications in 3.5 years
