Training location: Regensburg, Dr.-Martin-Luther-Straße 2, Donaustaufer Straße 128, Joseph-Dahlem-Straße 3
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Salary: Varies by federal state, minimum:

• 1st training year: €1,290 per month
• 2nd training year: €1,420 per month
• From 3rd year: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant (requirement: at least A-levels or equivalent)
  • Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
  • Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
  • Classic retail tasks: stock replenishment and presentation, freshness checks, checkout and customer advice
  • Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns and staff scheduling
• 1-year further training to become a Retail Management Specialist
  • Early assumption of leadership responsibility
• Plus: additional qualification “Specialist Organic Retail Trade” (in year 3)
• Plus: trainer aptitude certificate according to AEVO (in year 3)
