Job Description

• Build and scale processes for procurement, trading, delivery and billing of electricity
• Implement a new energy-trading and risk-management system
• Work closely with Data Science and other tech teams to improve forecasting and automation
• Act as key contact for external stakeholders (e.g. transmission operators) and service providers (e.g. metering & balancing processes)
• Identify and analyse performance levers through market studies and back-testing on real customer data
• Create ad-hoc and routine analyses for controlling and billing purposes

Qualifications

• University degree (e.g. economics, business, engineering, mathematics or similar)
• Strong analytical & quantitative skills and solid command of SQL and Python
• First experience in the energy sector from studies or work
• Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial issues clearly
• Structured, self-driven and solution-oriented working style with high attention to detail
