Start with a daily stand-up and coffee with your engagement team, followed by strategic discussions with talented colleagues on driving change, meetings with senior client management, and a team retrospective to summarize findings. Work hybrid from Bucharest or client sites and deliver cutting-edge assurance services close to our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct risk-based internal audits of controls, financial systems, and operations.
• Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Lead audit teams, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Analyze findings, identify root causes, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and verify corrective actions.
• Keep pace with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
• Train and mentor junior auditors to support their growth.

What You Bring

• Strong academic record.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multinational or Big 4 firm at assistant manager level.
• Deep knowledge of accounting, audit, and internal control frameworks.
• Proven high performance and strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all management levels.
• Working knowledge of data science/analytics tools.
• Ambition to advance into future Siemens Energy leadership roles.
• Willingness for global travel up to 50%.
