Retail Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Berlin-Schönhauser Allee (2026)

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship you will rotate through every department of our organic supermarket. You will learn product management, customer advice, checkout, marketing campaigns and back-office processes. You present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, organise ordering and storage and help run promotions – taking responsibility for smooth store operations.

Your profile

• at least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• enjoy dealing with people and strong service orientation
• team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and sustainability topics
