Retail Management Apprenticeship – Kulmbach (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will discover every area of our Denns BioMarkt: from goods receipt and attractive presentation of organic food to expert customer advice. You will handle checkout operations, support ordering and promotional activities, manage seasonal displays and work in bakery & cheese counters, bistro and back office. Your profile: good intermediate school-leaving certificate, enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit and interest in organic products. We offer a varied apprenticeship with excellent takeover prospects, 36 days holiday (6-day week), 20% staff discount, e-learning platform “Wissen macht BIO”, team events and a training salary of €1,200 (year 1), €1,250 (year 2) and €1,300 (year 3) per month.
