Working hours: 37.5 hours/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• 1st year: €1,190
• 2nd year: €1,290
• 3rd year: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• + Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Core retail tasks: shelf-stocking & presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store-management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
