Location: Reutlingen, Obere Wässere 3-7
Hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year
Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: € 1,190
• Year 2: € 1,290
• Year 3: € 1,420 (retail management only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Your practical experience

• Sales: presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling
• Placement on organic farm or processing facility
• In-depth product knowledge of organic range
• Theatre workshop “Cultural Adventure”
