Construction Manager Civil Works (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility
As Construction Manager you will lead national and international construction sites in the field of energy plants (HVDC, power plants, FACTS). You ensure on-time, quality-compliant and budget-aligned execution of all civil works while observing health, safety and environmental regulations. You coordinate the site management team and cooperate closely with other trades.

• Overall responsibility for organization, supervision and on-time delivery of all civil works by subcontractors
• Ensure HSE-compliant execution and documentation according to local requirements together with the HSE manager
• Implementation of technical/contractual specifications; coordination of the civil site team
• Monitor construction progress and schedule; initiate acceleration measures when delay is imminent
• Continuous on-site cost control of the calculated budget
• Prepare, track and document as-built records
• Site reporting for the assigned scope

Your profile

• Degree in civil engineering (Bachelor/Master)
• Experience in turn-key / EPC business, preferably large plant construction (HVDC, power plants)
• HSE and/or SiGeKo coordinator knowledge advantageous
• Intercultural experience welcome
• Negotiation-level German and English; further languages welcome
• Willingness for worldwide travel and longer national & international assignments
