How to contribute to our vision

Responsibilities:

• Prepares consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements and provide comments Actual vs. Plan reports
• Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews Business Area investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting.
• Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
• Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations.
• Oversees consolidation of balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).
• Analyses, evaluates and ensures up-to-date reports for unit or "Finance&Controlling" management.
• Completes projects concerning improvements of financial processes.
• Ensures coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes.
• Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards.

What you need to make a difference

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• At least 4 years of finance progressive experience.
• Experience supporting international business operations.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups.
• Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers and management.
• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments. 
• Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills. 
• Proficient in MS office.
• Knowledge of SAP, BI and Esprit.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
• Travel: Approximately 20% travel.
