Business Development Manager Grid Services

Business Development Manager Grid Services – Oakville, ON

We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our Grid Technologies Service Business Development team in Eastern Canada. The position is based in Oakville (Toronto or Montréal possible).

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional account plans targeting utilities such as Hydro One, Hydro-Québec and others.
  • Align closely with Marketing to steer campaigns that support sales activities.
  • Collect voice-of-customer data to drive new product and service developments.
  • Increase face-to-face customer visits and implement territory business plans.
  • Maintain disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce).

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or comparable experience.
  • 3–5 years of direct technical sales in power transmission & distribution, preferably with capital equipment and instrumentation.
  • 5+ years of overall sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
  • Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada required.
