Business Operations Manager (Operations, Projects, Systems)

Your responsibilities

• Analyse, optimise and scale business and operations processes across the customer journey
• Own end-to-end core processes (e.g. from scheduling to installation completion)
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop sustainable solutions before they hinder growth
• Translate business requirements into concrete process or software solutions
• Manage full implementation: pain-point analysis, solution design, rollout, training and KPI review
• Work closely with Operations, Tech, Product and business stakeholders

Your background

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in business operations, process management, technical project management or software roll-out; energy-sector background welcome
• Proven track record in optimising and scaling end-to-end processes
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven working style
• High sense of ownership, execution strength and communication skills
• Enjoy dynamic, growth-related complexity
