SO Finance Manager – Innovation

Oatly is looking for an SO Finance Manager – Innovation who enjoys building financial frameworks in fast-changing environments, asking the right questions, and helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will create scenarios and business cases for product innovation, renovation, and cost-saving projects, own P&L planning, and provide financial insights to senior leadership. Successful candidates bring at least 5 years of finance or sales analytics experience in a CPG or food company, deep supply-chain and cost-accounting knowledge, and advanced Excel & modeling skills. Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred.

Location: Austin, TX (Eastern Time Zone). Full-time, permanent. Salary: approx. USD 11,250 gross/month plus bonus.
