As Strategic Sales Lead you will drive regional sales across public and private sectors, building an inclusive, sustainable and tech-enabled mobility framework in the DACH region—our largest European market. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales: prospect, develop and close multi-year strategic deals with public transit agencies and private mobility providers
  • Translate complex policy, funding and operational contexts into clear, data-driven business cases
  • Build durable, revenue-generating relationships with elected officials, civil servants and private-sector leaders
  • Advise clients on transit strategies and funding opportunities; represent Via at conferences and in working groups

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in sales, business development or consulting with a strong closing track record
  • Consultative seller who uses data to craft compelling narratives
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Collaborative team player with strong commercial intuition
