Digital Expert Sales (f/m/d)

Your Role in a Nutshell

You will strategically redesign the digital customer-to-cash sales process. By aligning business and IT closely, you develop scalable integration architectures and sustainable standards across four independent business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for all sales-related IT requests and guide them through the complete demand process.
  • Translate sales requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and advise teams on cross-sales strategies.
  • Design scalable sales architectures with seamless ERP, CPQ and CRM integration.
  • Represent business interests in IT projects and ensure practical solutions.
  • Promote knowledge exchange within sales key-user communities.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in designing and implementing sales architectures, data models and governance frameworks.
  • Deep CPQ and/or Salesforce expertise including integrations.
  • Consulting skills for strategic alignment of business and IT.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
