Your Day at a Glance

As part of the dynamic Siemens Digital Core team, you will actively drive the energy transition by ensuring economical and future-proof workspaces for developing and manufacturing our innovative solutions. Your scope includes global design of Identity & Workplace services and rapid escalation handling with leading providers. You moderate meetings with cybersecurity and HR experts and ensure key initiatives are delivered on time.

How You Make an Impact

• Together with IT leadership and cross-functional teams, you prioritize and steer high-priority topics and initiatives.
• Focus areas: Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Digital Workplace (DWP)
• Coordination and communication of escalations and vendor-management topics
• Monitoring performance and initiatives of core IAM and DWP vendors
• Regular status reporting to IT leadership and technical teams
• Technical consultancy on Identity & Workplace services, tools and processes
• Delegation and coordination of cross-disciplinary initiatives
• Close collaboration with IAM and DWP operations teams for continuous improvement
• Consultancy on design and strategy of IAM and DWP services
• Key role (stakeholder or project lead) in IAM and DWP projects

What You Bring

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT, Computer Science or related business field
• Experience in escalation coordination and vendor management
• Proven track record in IAM and DWP
• Demonstrated success working with global teams
• Strong communication skills
• ITIL certification preferred
