Quality Manager in Projects (f/m/d)

Your Key Duties

As Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) you ensure quality standards in service projects and operational environments for the Onshore North Europe & Middle East Quality Management team. You handle project acceptance and quality assurance for the non-5.X portfolio in the Scandinavian service region, working on three core tasks: project acceptance & quality assurance, continuous improvement & non-conformity management, and audits & compliance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a project-specific quality management plan aligned with customer and Siemens standards
  • Act as central quality coordinator among service, technical and project teams
  • Oversee inspection processes and hand-over quality, incl. documentation and non-conformity management
  • Lead non-conformity management: root-cause analysis, CAPA definition, KPI evaluation, continuous improvement
  • Provide metric-based reporting and foster a culture of improvement through coaching
  • Plan, execute and follow up internal and external audits in accordance with QMS and regulatory requirements

What We Expect

  • Completed technical or business degree with solid relevant experience
  • 5–8 years of quality management experience in service, energy or project-driven environments
  • Proven ability to handle complex quality topics independently at senior level
  • Expert knowledge of QMS, quality tools, continuous improvement, ISO 9000 and workflow management
  • Strong analytical and methodological skills for root-cause analysis and problem solving
  • Experience with audit processes, risk management, governance and compliance
  • Fluent German and English
